What is Bind Craft?

Bind Craft is a small studio specialising in hand drawn binders, designed for collectors who appreciate craftsmanship, detail, and individuality. Pieces are released in limited quarterly batches, opening on:

• 1 January

• 1 April

• 1 July

• 1 October (in time for Christmas delivery)

Each release is capped at a small number of orders. Once full, the batch closes and ordering is paused until the next release.

Working in this way allows every binder to be created with the time, care, and attention it deserves, ensuring a consistent standard of quality in every piece.

Why can’t I always place an order?

Bind Craft operates on a batch release system to ensure every piece is completed with care and attention.

When a batch is open, orders can be placed directly through the website. Once it reaches capacity or closes, ordering is paused while current orders are fulfilled.

Details of the next opening are always available on the homepage.

When will my order be completed?

Each order is completed within the batch it is placed in, allowing every piece the time and attention it deserves.

Estimated completion and dispatch timelines are clearly communicated at checkout, with updates provided throughout so you’re always kept informed.

Our October batch is carefully scheduled to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.

Why are orders limited?

Every binder is individually hand drawn, so each one takes time, care, and attention to detail.

By limiting the number of orders in each batch, we can complete every piece to a high standard without rushing the process. This helps us maintain the consistency and quality that make each binder feel special.

As demand grows, we will continue to assess whether we can expand operations and offer more binders in future batches.

Will my order look exactly like the product photos?

Every Bind Craft piece is individually hand drawn, meaning each one is unique.

Your binder will follow the same design as shown, with small variations that naturally occur through the handmade process. These differences are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

The level of detail, finish, and overall quality will always remain consistent with the product images.

Will there be new designs?

New designs are introduced throughout the year, often inspired by upcoming Pokémon releases and sets.

They are added gradually to ensure each one is carefully developed and produced to the same standard, while preserving the hand drawn approach that defines every Bind Craft piece.
