What is Bind Craft?
Bind Craft is a unique shop specialising in hand-drawn crafts designed for hobbyists and collectors. Bind Craft operates on a quarterly batch system. Orders open on the following dates each year:
• 1st January
• 1st April
• 1st July
• 1st October (in time for Christmas delivery)
Each order window has a limited number of slots (currently capped at 20 orders). Once all slots are filled, the batch closes and no further orders are accepted until the next release.
This approach ensures every binder receives the time and attention required to maintain quality.

Why can’t I always place an order?
Bind Craft operates on a batch release system.
When a batch is open, orders can be placed directly through the website. When a batch is full or closed, ordering is temporarily unavailable while existing orders are completed.
You can always check the homepage for the next opening date.

When will my order be completed?
All orders placed within a batch are completed during that batch period.
Estimated completion and dispatch timelines are clearly communicated when ordering, and updates will be provided throughout the process.
The October batch is scheduled specifically to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.

Why are orders limited?
Each binder is individually hand drawn.
Limiting the number of orders per batch allows each piece to be completed without rushing, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail across every order.

Will my order look exactly like the product photos?
Each Bind Craft piece is hand drawn, meaning no two items are ever identical.
Your binder will closely match the design shown, but small variations are part of the process and reflect the handmade nature of each piece.
These differences are intentional and ensure every item is truly one of a kind, while maintaining the same level of quality and detail shown in the product images.

Will there be new designs?
Yes - new designs will be introduced throughout the year as new Pokémon releases and sets are announced.
Designs are added gradually to reflect new releases while maintaining the same hand crafted approach.

Bind Craft is an independent, fan created brand.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Pokémon Company in any way.
All Pokémon characters, names, card designs, logos, and related artwork are the property of The Pokémon Company and its licensors.
Where do you ship to?
Orders are currently shipped within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
